This plan shows my growth as an educator because I have become more relaxed in my role and have begun to adapt it. In doing so I have given some of the power and responsibility of learning to the students. This makes the content more realistic and more applicable to their everyday life. When they are using and experimenting with information based on their prior knowledge the old content is reenforced and the new material is easier to comprehend.
